By accessing or using any products, services, or websites operated by Pando Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to paybound.dev, digital products sold through third-party marketplaces, and open-source software ("Services"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
Pando Labs LLC provides:

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the product for your own business or personal purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share purchased products without prior written consent.
Digital products are delivered electronically. You are responsible for downloading and saving your purchased products. We make reasonable efforts to ensure continued access but do not guarantee perpetual availability.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after delivery of the digital product. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us at james_cartwright@fastmail.com within 14 days of purchase for assistance.
We strive to ensure our digital products are accurate and up-to-date at the time of publication. However, the technology and security landscape evolves rapidly. We do not guarantee that information will remain current or applicable to your specific situation.
Paybound and related open-source tools are licensed under the MIT License. Your use of open-source software is governed by the applicable open-source license, not these Terms, except where these Terms address matters not covered by the open-source license (such as trademarks and our SaaS offerings).
SaaS services are provided on an "as available" basis. We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
You retain ownership of all data you input into our SaaS services. We will not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than providing the Service, except as required by law.
Either party may terminate SaaS services at any time. Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Pando Labs LLC and Paybound (excluding open-source code under the MIT License) are the property of Pando Labs LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Our products and services are educational and informational in nature. They do not constitute professional security consulting, legal advice, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your own security decisions and implementations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PANDO LABS LLC, ITS MEMBERS, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pando Labs LLC and its members, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pando Labs LLC regarding the Services.
